May 5, 2008 - Four players from the Fontbonne University women's softball team have earned St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) All-Conference honors. Sophomore Katy Mueller was named to the First-Team All-Conference, Allison Wagner was named to the Second-Team All-Conference and Brittany Kirn and Sam Pecher were on the Honorable Mention All-Conference Team.

Mueller led the Griffins with 16 RBI's this season while hitting .342. Wagner led the team in hits with 29 while hitting .354. Kirn was the Griffins' strongest pitcher earning five victories, a team-high. She also posted a 3.86 ERA with 11 complete games and 51 strikeouts. Pecher hit .280 but led the team in fielding percentage at .987. Pecher committed only three errors on the season.
