March 4, 2008 - Two Fontbonne University senior women's basketball players were recently named to St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) all-conference teams.

Heather McAllister (Parkway South) earned Second Team All-Conference honors as led the Griffins in scoring and rebounding this year with 12 points and seven boards a game. Michelle Reale (McCluer North) earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors. Reale shot 49 percent from the field as she averaged 10 points and six rebounds a game.

Fontbonne finished the season 17-10 overall, 13-3 in the SLIAC and in second place, and lost in the SLIAC Post-Season Tournament Championshp game.
