Potter is named new women's lacrosse coach

Fontbonne University Athletics has hired Monica Potter as its new women’s lacrosse coach and assistant athletic director.

Potter, a St. Louis native, comes to Fontbonne from Adrian College in Michigan where she spent the last year as the head women’s lacrosse coach. Prior to Adrian, Potter served as the head women’s lacrosse and field hockey coach at Lindenwood University. Potter also spent nine years as the assistant coach at Lafayette High School.

Fontbonne is the only college or university in Missouri to offer a NCAA sanctioned women’s lacrosse program.
