The Fontbonne University men's soccer team has earned the third seed in the upcoming St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Post-Season Tournament. The Griffins' will travel to Fulton, Missouri on Wednesday to play two-seed Westminster College at 7:00 p.m. The winner of that game will play the winner of the #1 seed Principia College vs. #4 seed Maryville University in the championship on Saturday.

Fontbonne spilt the season series with Westminster beating the Blue Jays 1-0 in St. Louis and then losing to them 4-1 in Fulton. Both teams finished the season with 7-2 conference records but the Blue Jays earned the 2 seed because of their 4-1 victory on Oct. 27th.

Fontbonne (9-6-4) is 12-7-1 in SLIAC Tournament games all-time while Westminster (10-9) is 1-10. The winner of the SLIAC Tournament will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III National Soccer Tournament.
