The Fontbonne University women's soccer team beat Westminster College on Saturday 4-1 to finish their season 9-9 overall and 4-4 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conferece (SLIAC). The Griffins finished the season in 5th place in the conference.

Sophomore forward Shannon Behnen led the Griffins in scoring this year with nine goals and four assists for 22 points while senior Nikki Respi recorded five goals and four assists for 14 points. Freshman Margaret Wiese pitched in five goals and two assists for 12 points. Junior goalie Angie Weber had a 1.94 goals against average with three shutouts.

The Griffins graduate seniors Megan Hogan, Becky Williams, Nikki Repsi and Mandi Newsome from the 2006 team.
