June 16, 2008 - Two high school seniors who have agreed to play soccer next year at Fontbonne University were recently selected to participate in the Missouri Athletic Club Senior All-Star game on June 13 at the Anheuser Busch Center. Hazelwood West graduate Greg Leber played on the North team while St. Pius graduate Charlie Chafin competed with the South squad. Both players will be part of the Griffins 2008 roster.

Leber led West in scoring with 17 goals and 17 assists and earned Suburban North First-Team All-Conference and Most Valuable Player honors. Chafin recorded 12 goals and 14 assists for St. Pius while earning First-Team All-Conference honors.
