Curriculum and Instruction Concentration
The Curriculum and Instruction concentration is structured to provide the classroom teacher with the enhanced knowledge and skills necessary to achieve educational excellence. This includes not only the elements of effective curriculum design and instructional processes, but also the contemporary context in which such complex decisions are made. Curriculum and Instruction has long been the flagship concentration in the Master of Arts in Education and provides graduate candidates with an expanded repertoire of effective contemporary educational practices.
