The Department of Business Administration of Fontbonne University provides an 11-month, 39 credit hour, intensive program leading to an MBA. Classes commence in the fall of each year. The program has a general management focus to provide graduates with a broad business perspective. This approach encourages individuals to realize the impact of their business decisions on the entire organization and its strategic implications. 

The program cconsists of four terms plus a three-week concentrated ESL (English as a Second Language) session at the beginning of the program and ESL throughout the remainder of the program. The program also provides several weeklong breaks that allow the students to travel throughout the United States, if they desire, to develop a better understanding of the U.S., its culture and practices.
