The student must complete 15 semester hours of graduate credit with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. The graduate certificate consists of these courses:

• CED 515 Computer Applications-Windows (3 hours)
• CED 565 The Internet and Education (3 hours)
• CED 505 Technology and Learning (3 hours) or CED 550 Integrating Technology and Critical Thinking or CED 570 Overview of Computer Hardware (3 hours)
• CED 566 Web Design: Principles and Practices (3 hours) or CED 575 Multimedia Exploration and Production (3 hours)
• One elective
