Master of Business Administration

Eckelkamp College of Global BusinessThe Fontbonne OPTIONS Master of Business Administration degree program is designed expressly for professionals interested in management of an enterprise or leadership of a major division of an organization. Reflecting contemporary academic practice, the curriculum focuses on the functional competencies required of managers. This degree emphasizes the identification, analysis, and solution of complex management problems that require technical understanding and balanced decision making.

The MBA is offered in a dual-track format - online, evenings, Saturdays, or a blend of courses. The 36 credit-hour program can be completed in as little as 14 months. Optional MBA concentrations provide more expertise in management, supply chain management, and accounting. All courses listed below are 3 credits / 8 weeks.

    • An application accompanied by a non-refundable $25 application fee payable to Fontbonne University.
    • A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited, degree-granting college or university. Official transcripts must be received from the degree-granting institution.
    • A minimum GPA of 2.50 on a 4-point scale.
    • Resume reflecting a minimum of three years of significant, full-time work experience.
    • Two letters of recommendation from professional references.
    • A 200 to 300 word self-statement describing your background, successes, and reasons for pursuing your graduate degree from Fontbonne.
    • Applicants whose native language is not English must pass the TOEFL with a score of 197 CBT / 71 IBT / 5.5 IELTS or a Fontbonne-authorized equivalent test.
  • * These courses require undergraduate course work prior to taking the corresponding graduate level course, but not prior to beginning the OPTIONS MBA program. If appropriate undergraduate work has not been completed, Fontbonne University offers courses in an accelerated, online format, or courses can be taken at an accredited, degree-granting college or university.
