Master of Science in Supply Chain Management

Eckelkamp College of Global BusinessThe Fontbonne OPTIONS M.S. in Supply Chain Management online degree program develops the skills to effectively manage today’s increasingly complex supplier channels on a national or global scale. This important business process encompasses the lifecycle of products and services as they move along the supply chain from raw material sourcing, to procurement, manufacturing, and delivery to the customer. Seeking collaboration among the supply chain partners, the focus is on creating value at each link in the chain through greater quality and reduced costs, creating greater efficiencies across the organization. The concepts of Six Sigma and Lean are incorporated throughout.

The M.S. in Supply Chain Management is offered in an online format or a blend of online and evening courses. The 30 credit-hour program can be completed in as little as one year. An 18-hour graduate certificate is also available. All courses listed below are 3 credits / 8 weeks.

* These courses require undergraduate course work prior to the corresponding graduate level course, but not prior to beginning the degree. If appropriate undergraduate work has not been completed, Fontbonne University offers courses in an accelerated, online format, or courses can be taken at an accredited, degree-granting college or university.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • An application accompanied by a non-refundable $25 application fee payable to Fontbonne University.
  • A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited, degree-granting college or university. Official transcript must be received from the degree-granting institution.
  • Overall grade point average of 2.5 on a 4-point scale.*
  • Resume reflecting a minimum of three (3) years of significant, full-time work experience.
  • Two letters of recommendation from professional references.
  • A 200 to 300 word self-statement describing your background, successes, and reasons for pursuing your graduate degree from Fontbonne.
  • Applicants whose native language is not English must pass the TOEFL with a score of 197 CBT / 71 IBT / 5.5 IELTS or a Fontbonne-authorized equivalent test.
