The OPTIONS Bachelor of Science in Sports & Entertainment Management (BSEM) is an innovative business degree program. The dual focus offers opportunity for greater exposure to both exciting, high-growth industries which share many areas of common ground. Wide-ranging topics are viewed from a business and management perspective with particular emphasis on industry-specific issues, topics, and insight. Concentrations are offered in either athletic conditioning or coaching for further specialization. The BSEM provides a broad-based business foundation in sports and entertainment management and develops critical thinking, communication, and managerial skills which are highly transferable to any industry. Outside of class, learning continues with study teams that meet four hours weekly on group projects. Sharing talents, experiences and learning resources, students have a significant opportunity to gain more in-depth knowledge than can be achieved through individual effort alone.
