Family and Consumer Sciences Major
If you’re interested in improving the quality of life for others, a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences can lead to a very fulfilling career. Earning FCS certification is the path for students wanting to teach FCS in a public or private school setting.
Students are prepared to assist children, adolescents and families navigate resources in a variety of community, industry, social service and government settings, blending and applying theory from the classroom with real-world experiences.
