Management Information Systems Major
Fontbonne offers three bachelor of science degrees - Computer Science, Cyber Security and Management information Systems-- that provide you with the necessary skills for high demand careers, particularly as designing and developing new hardware and software systems continues to push the technology curve. At Fontbonne, you will receive a solid foundation in computing theory, programming languages, operating systems and software development. You will also learn about hardware structure, system organization, data management and system design. In addition we offer visual programming, telecommunications, networking cryptography and ethical hacking.
The computer science, cyber security and manangment information systems majors are designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to secure your future in the world of computer technology. Our programs offer a rigorous curriculum emphasizing analytical thinking, problem solving and effective communication. You can also earn a master of science in Learning Technologies or Instructional Design and Technology from Fontbonne. Both master's degrees are offered online.

Students can earn a bachelor of science from Fontbonne and a bachelor of science in engineering from either the University of Missouri-Kansas City or Washington University.
