At Fontbonne, you don't have to trade one interest for another. And if you have a clear vision for what you'd like to do, we can help you translate that vision into a custom-designed major.

Lots of smart, passionate Fontbonne students have a hard time narrowing their interests, simply because they don't fit into just one category. As a University Major, you will work with faculty members to choose classes from across the curriculum and develop a unique major. You create a major based in two--or more--fields of study, uniting your interests and preparing you for the job or graduate program you really want.

Although your diploma will name you as a University Major, our graduates tell us that on resumes they simply list the name "Mass Communications" or "American Culture Studies" as the name of their degree, and employers take note accordingly.
