Application Process for Adult Education

Application Documents:
- Evening/Online Application (online secure form): We strongly encourage all applicants to attend a brief evening information session or schedule a daytime appointment with an admissions counselor to review the unique format of our adult edcuation programs and ensure it's a good fit for you, or download and print the application (pdf).
- Letter of recommendation (pdf): You will need to obtain two recommendations from professional references qualified to judge your expertise, character, and capacity for college learning.
- Transcript request (pdf): To request your transcripts from other institutions, complete this form and mail or fax directly to school(s) attended with their appropriate transcript fee.
- If you know of someone else who would like information on our adult education programs, please use the Information Referral (pdf).
