Leadership Development Modules Information
As an SSM Health Care Employee, you have the opportunity to earn undergraduate college credit from Fontbonne University when you complete the Leadership Development Modules through SSM University. Three undergraduate college credits in Introduction to Business Administration (BUS 101) will be awarded for completion of the modules.
- Once you have completed the SSM Leadership Development Modules, contact SSM University to let them know you are interested in receiving college credit from Fontbonne University. Applications for requesting available undergraduate credits are available online for download.
- SSM University will send documentation of completion to Fontbonne University.

There is a posting fee of $60.00 per credit hour that will need to be paid prior to the posting of earned credit hours to an official Fontbonne University transcript.
To pay for the posting of your earned credits, please contact the Fontbonne Business Office at 314-889-4665. If you have questions regarding earning college credit for completion of the modules please contact Amy Layhew at email@example.com or 314-889-4650.
College credit can be used toward undergraduate degree completion at Fontbonne University. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of college credit to an official transcript. Information on requesting a transcript.
What are the Leadership Development Modules?
This five-module course is a comprehensive SSM curriculum for department managers. These modules are designed to help SSM managers enhance their leadership skills and identify areas for future growth and development. They focus on five areas: leadership, planning, financial management, human resources, and managing and improving processes. Each module takes approximately one day to complete. Each interactive module is packed with information and activities that will make for a fun and meaningful day of learning.
