Where am I?
Fontbonne Grants are
institutional grants made to full-time undergraduate students with demonstrated
need. No separate application is required; a student is automatically considered for this funding when he or she has filed the FAFSA.
Fontbonne Family Award
Fontbonne Family Award is a tuition reduction award and applies when two or more members of an immediate family enroll simultaneously as full-time undergraduate Fontbonne students. The reduction is $250 per semester per student. These awards are made through the Financial Aid Office upon request of the students and demonstration of eligibility.
All full-time students who have completed at least one semester at Fontbonne are granted the opportunity to apply to the Endowed Scholarship program. These scholarships are made possible through the generous gifts of donors. Notification of the open window period to apply is sent to all currently-enrolled students each year.
For students with an undergraduate degree from Fontbonne, a 15 percent discount is offered on coursework leading to a graduate degree. After the fall 2013 graduation, a student must begin the graduate program within two years of completion of their undergraduate degree and be continuously enrolled. This discount may exclude some laboratory and studio courses and must be requested each semester. It is applicable only to NEW graduate students beginning in Summer '13.
Previous Alumni Discounts*
Previously a 35 percent discount was offered to a Fontbonne graduate who was obtaining a second degree at the same level. This will be offered for the 2013/2014 academic year at 35 percent to students who begin in summer 2013 or who are currently receiving the discount in the spring 2013 semester. Subsequent discounts for students obtaining a second degree at the same level will be 15 percent.
In appreciation of the services offered to our community by educators at all levels, Fontbonne University offers a 15 percent discount to qualified individuals enrolled in graduate coursework. Qualified educators include those who work at least half-time in a nursery school, a pre-K through 12 school system or post-secondary institution. Application forms can be obtained from your department and must be filled out in its entirety each semester.
The Pathway Discount is only offered to those students enrolled in the Pathway Program. This is a 22 percent discount on specific, undergrad courses. This discount is not offered during the summer semester. Please see your advisor.
*Discounts are based upon available funding and may not be combined with other discounts or scholarships. All discounts must be requested each semester.
