Online Appointment Scheduler

Manage appointments with your Financial Aid Counselor via the web.

• Go to AccuTrack, and click Financial Aid from the drop-down menu.
• Logon using your student ID as both your username and password.
  • NOTE: If your Student ID is only five digits, add a 0 in front of the id number.
• Based on your last name, make an appointment with the counselor who handles that section of the alphabet:
  • A-E Beckie Saffell
  • F-K Stephanie Woods
  • L Darrell Barber
  • M-R Jennifer Mueth
  • S-Z Sarah Wieck

Can’t keep the appointment you set up? Then logon to AccuTrack again, and cancel it promptly, so another student can use that time slot.

When Is My Disbursement Date?

Use ELMNet to review all your student loan information on the Web. You can monitor your loan staus from the time you submit it until the day your loan is fully paid.

ELMNet is the same system your school uses to process and track your loans.

Here's how:

• Go to ELMNet
• Click on "Student Loan Borrowers."
• Click on "Check My Loans On ElmNet."
• Enter your ID and password. If this is the first time you've used ELMNet, you will need to create an ID and password.
• You will see all your loans, including your Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford loans and, in most cases, your Alternative loans. Parent PLUS loans are also available for viewing but can only be accessed by the parent borrower who must create an ID and password.
