Financial Aid Checklist and Timeline

1. File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or add Fontbonne's school code to your current FAFSA. Fontbonne's school code is002464

2. Apply for admission to Fontbonne University

3. Complete a Fontbonne University Financial Aid Application

4. You may be selected for the verification process by the US Department of Education. Please be ready to provide the following:
• Signed copy of your Federal 1040 tax return
• Copy of W2s
• A completed verification worksheet provided by Fontbonne University
• Other documents may be requested

5. Receive your award letter, sign it and return it to the Financial Aid Office

6. Student loans will require additional paperwork
• Master Promissory Note (check your lender's website)
• Entrance Interview

Payment or payment arrangements are due by August 1
