JOB DESCRIPTION:A Kinkel Center is seeking work-study students interested in working in a professional office setting where flexibility and customer service skills are required.Work-study students must be reliable, dependable and able to keep confidentiality. Telephone, reception and computer skills are necessary. The candidate must be willing to work as a facilitator in ESL conversion groups.Interest working in the areas of Education/ Special Education is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Resident Assistants perform work study during evening hours during “duty”. The RA reports to the front desk of St. Joseph hall at a time determined by the supervisor and performs desk duty tasks. These tasks consist of monitoring the entrance to the building and ensuring that all guests of the building register at the desk. The RA is also responsible for enforcing policies and making game equipment accessible to resident students.

JOBOVERVIEW: The Student Affairs Office plays a major role in carrying out Fontbonne’s primary mission of education and service by creating an environment that fosters the academic, personal, social, cultural and spiritual development of students. The Student Affairs Office is the home of Campus Ministry, Career Development, Counseling, International Affairs, Multicultural Affairs, Residential Life and Student Activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION: General office support which would include receptionist duties, filing, copying, posting flyers, mail collection and distribution, making student ID’s. Special assignments may include:data entry, sorting and filing job postings for career development, typing, creating brochures and flyers for various departments and events, issuing and reconciling room keys, other duties as needed.

WORK ENVIR: Friendly, fast paced office requiring team work and ability to adapt to multiple tasks and demands.

REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service experience preferred, but not necessary if you are friendly and like people. You must be dependable, keep assigned shifts, and follow written and verbal instruction with limited follow-up. Basic computer skills are preferred, but not necessary.
