Before you can apply for scholarships, you must submit an Application for Undergraduate Admission. The deadline to be considered for scholarships is December 15 every year.

Presidential Scholarships

…are awards ranging up to $15,000; given to incoming first-year students. The criteria are a 97 percent high school grade point average (GPA) as computed by Fontbonne, a combined SAT of 1250 or composite ACT of 30 and a rank in the top five percent of their class. At Fontbonne, a 3.6 GPA is required for renewal.

Dean's Competitive Scholarships

…are awards ranging from $9,000 to $11,000 annually that go to first-year students with a 90 percent high school GPA as computed by Fontbonne, a combined SAT of 1200 or higher or composite ACT of 27 and a high school rank in the top 10 percent. A 3.4 Fontbonne GPA is required for renewal.

The Founders Scholar Award

…goes to students with a minimum of 25 ACT composite/1140 SAT and an 85 percent high school GPA as computed by Fontbonne. Rank in class and college preparatory curriculum are also considered for this award. The value of this award ranges from $7,500 to $9,500 annually. A 3.2 Fontbonne GPA is required for renewal.

The Alumni Scholar Award

…goes to students who have achieved at least a 23 ACT composite/1070 SAT and an 80 percent high school GPA as computed by Fontbonne. Additional consideration will be given tot the student's high school curriculum and rank in class. The value of this award ranges from $6,500 to $8,500 annually. A 3.0 Fontbonne GPA is required for renewal.

The Freshman College Scholar Award

…will be given to freshman students who have scored at least a 20 ACT composite/950 SAT with a 75 percent high school GPA as computed by Fontbonne. Additional consideration will be given to the student's high school curriculum and rank in class. The value of these scholarships ranges from $5,000 to $6,000 annually. A 2.5 Fontbonne GPA is required for renewal.

Campus Service Awards

…are granted on the basis of demonstrated leadership or extracurricular activities in high school and college. Students must submit a self statement listing their extracurricular and leadership activities. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 2.5 and be enrolled at Fontbonne full time. A Fontbonne GPA of 2.0 is required for renewal.

A+ Scholarship Achievement Awards

…are granted to students who have graduated from a Missouri A+ high school and meet the requirements of the A+ Scholarship program. Scholarship amounts vary. A 2.5 Fontbonne GPA is required for renewal.
