Nestled among the tree-lined boulevards of Clayton, an upscale district of St. Louis, Fontbonne students enjoy a privileged, safe location next to they city's wealthiest residents and within the region's most central location.

Within walking distance from campus our students enjoy the expansive natural beauty and many cultural institutions of Forest Park, one of the nation's largest urban parks - an urban oasis of culture and calm.

 


Housing & Campus Features

Residential Living. If you're living on campus you'll find our residence halls well-equipped, comfortable, and a great way to make lifelong friends while experiencing American life first-hand. Our campus neighborhood has both traditional student rooms and suites. Living on-campus is a wonderful opportunity to connect with American students.

Relax or Workout. Our Dunham Student Activities Center (DSAC) features a second-level outdoor deck, an indoor lounge complete with cozy fireplace, snack bar and more. Stay fit in our athletic facilities that feature a top-notch gym, a renovated fitness center, and an elevated running track.

Technology. Our campus is compact, beautiful and remarkably well-equipped - from a library that's linked to collections around the world to fine arts facilities with beautiful studios and theater. A wireless computer network now covers Fontbonne's campus, so wherever you go on campus you can connect to the world.


Student Life

Community. International students at Fontbonne have many options to engage with classmates and the community through activities, clubs, and events. four residential halls, 30+ student organizations, 22 sports teams and service activities bring our students together to engage with, and learn from, each other.

Service. Learning to serve is an important part of the Fontbonne experience. We feel it's important that you get involved, that you engage a sense of social contribution - it's part of feeling good about yourself and helping to make the world a better place. You'll have many opportunities to get involved in community service projects in the local area and on annual trips to other states and even other countries.

University Athletics. We have school spirit and a strong tradition of athletic excellence. Our student-athletes compete hard - on the field and in the classroom.
