- Once you have completed the SSM Leadership Development Modules, contact SSM University to let them know you are interested in receiving college credit from Fontbonne University. SSM University will send documentation of completion to Fontbonne University.

What are the Leadership Development Modules?
This
five-module course is a comprehensive SSM curriculum for department
managers. These modules are designed to help SSM managers enhance their
leadership skills and identify areas for future growth and development.
They focus on five areas: leadership, planning, financial management,
human resources, and managing and improving processes. Each module takes
approximately one day to complete. Each interactive module is packed
with information and activities that will make for a fun and meaningful
day of learning.
