Southwestern Illinois College Dietetics Major Agreement

  • Fontbonne University has recognized the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) to meet our General Education Requirements with the exception of other requirements in other areas.  General education requirements at Fontbonne apply to all undergraduate programs and consist of 42 hours of academic credit taken within various components. 
  • Students that are graduating from an Illinois Community College and completed the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) General Education Core (GEC) must submit a final transcript that reflects that this core has been satisfied.  The IAI-GEC does not require students to take courses to meet valuing, specialized valuing, information literacy and managing information components.  We would like to offer you the opportunity to take these courses at LCCC.
  • Students who have graduated from a Illinois Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree and have completed the IL/GER 42 Block Requirements will have satisfied Fontbonne University General Education Requirements (42- Credit Hour Block).
  • Students who have not met the IL/GER 42 Block Requirements will have a course by course transcript evaluation performed. Students are encouraged to complete Fontbonne 42/Credit Hours of General Education Requirements.  Please refer to the General Education Requirements listed.
  • Please note that some majors have specific General Education Requirements that meets both General Education and Major requirements. 
  • A maximum of 64 credit hours may be transferred from Southwestern Illinois College.
