Please note: The FCC Grant Application and Guidelines for the 2008-2009 fiscal year are currently being revised. Please check back after October 1, 2008 for updated information. As a point of reference, the following Application and Guidelines were used for the first funding cycle for grants awarded in August 2008. 2007-2008 Application and Guidelines (Currently under revision.)
Complete the form below to submit your 2008 grant request. Note the following guidelines:

Applicants must be affiliated with Fontbonne University - current Faculty, Staff, Student, or Student organization.
- Grants of between $250 and $5,000 will be awarded.
- Requests must be for funds that are not included in the department budget, where applicable. They should not include administrative costs, general operating expenses, or fund raising projects.
- Proposed projects must be completed within one year and must be financially feasible with any other committed funds identified.
- Funds received from the FCC are not intended to be used as the sole source of funding on projects or programs of a continuing nature.
- All sections of the Application must be complete, including budget.
- Only one application will be considered from any individual or student organization per Award year.
- Any publicity on a funded project should recognize Fontbonne University.
- Applications will be evaluated based on how well they support the Fontbonne University Mission, Vision, Commitment, and Values and awarded at the sole discretion of the FCC.
- A Final Report from funded projects will be due to the FCC by June 30, 2009.
- The application deadline is June 30, 2008. Applications will be reviewed and awards announced no later than August 31, 2008.
Submittal:
- Complete all sections of the application form.
- The applicant is responsible to seek approval from his/her appropriate department head, supervisor, senior administrator or advisor and secure a letter of approval for the grant application.
- No resumes or other attachments to the application form are allowed.
Please review your application to make sure it is complete. Once submitted, your application may not be changed.
