FOUNDERS AWARDS
1986 marked the first presentation of the Fontbonne University (then College) Founders Awards. The awards symbolize the recipients' place in a history that dates back to the founding of the Sisters of St. Joseph on October 15, 1650 in LePuy, France.
The founding values of quality, respect, diversity, community, justice, faith, and Catholic presence continue to animate Fontbonne. Service wherever there is a need is basic to the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Thus, the awards honor the recipients for their distinguished service uniquely characterized by the "founding values."
The Founders Awards Committee requests your help in identifying individuals who could be considered as award recipients.
