Jill Bernard is a first year cheerleading sponsor. During her enrollment at Fontbonne she participated in many activities, including four years of cheerleading, and was named both Junior and Senior captain. Bernard graduated from Fontbonne in the Spring of 2005 with her Bachelors in Business and Concentration in Marketing. Recently, the Southern Illinois native, completed her Masters at Southern Illinois University, with a degree in Business Administration. Melanie Stocking became the Griffins Girls sponsor during the 2006-07 school year. Melanie is a graduate of Fontbonne University with a B.A. in Communications and Marketing. During her years at Fontbonne, Melanie danced as a Griffin Girl and helped choreographic routines. Since graduation Melanie has held several very interesting positions. At the present time, she is an Assistant Human Resuorces Manager at Neiman Marcus. She has experience in dance through her work at St. Louis Academy of Dance and PEC Dance Studios. As a member of St. Louis Cardinals' Team Fredbird, Melanie served as Captain/Entertainer/Marketing.
