Monica Potter has been hired to serve as the first head coach of the Fontbonne University Women's Field Hockey team. Coach Potter also currently serves as Fontbonne's Assistant Athletic Director and Head Women's Lacrosse Coach.

Prior to Fontbonne, Coach Potter served as assistant lacrosse and field hockey coach at Lafayette High School and head lacrosse and field hockey coach at Lindenwood University.
