Monica Potter is in her first year as head women’s lacrosse coach at Fontbonne University. Coach Potter came to Fontbonne after spending one year as head women’s lacrosse coach at Adrian College. Prior to Adrian, Coach Potter served as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Lindenwood University. While at Lindenwood, Coach Potter led her team to anundefeated season and won the Central Plains Division Championship.

Coach Potter began her coaching career at Lafayette High School. In addition to coaching at the high school and collegiate level, Coach Potter has also coached select lacrosse with the Stickhead Club. Coach Potter is a member of U.S. Lacrosse and has served as the assistant director of director of the Gateway Lacrosse Camps for over 10 years. In addition to being the head women's lacrosse coach, Coach Potter is also the Assistant Athletic Director at Fontbonne.
