Student Account Statements| Why is there still a balance on my account? | If there is a still a balance on your account and you receive financial aid, compare your statement with your Financial Aid Award Letter. If there is still a balance, please send in the payment immediately. | | When will I receive a bill? | Bills are generated on the fifth of every month and will be mailed out within 48 hours. You may view your current statement online at anytime. | | What happens if I drop or add a class? | Students can drop or add classes without penalty BEFORE final registration. After final registration, any class change which results in a net decrease in tuition will be subject to the usual financial arrangement requirements. A $5.00 change of registration fee will be assessed one week after the start of day classes. | | What happens if I have an overpayment on my account? | A refund will be mailed within 14 working days from the date of the bank disbursement. To have an overpayment held on a student account, a student signature is required. Contact the Business Office for more information.

Accounts are due by the first day of class for the summer session. |
Work Study| When is work-study payday? | Work-study payday is the 5th of every month or the closest working day thereof. | | Do I need to sign my work-study checks over to my student account? | Work-study is part of your financial aid package. Financial aid is used to pay your tuition. Therefore, if there is any balance on your student account, work-study checks must be applied to your student account. | | Can my work-study check be directly deposited onto my student account? | Yes, you must complete the Direct Deposit Form located in the Financial Aid Office. |
