If you’ve been reading the news in St. Louis recently, you’ve probably seen Deanna Jent’s name pop up more than once. It seems that every other day, critics give her professional theatre group, Mustard Seed Theatre, thumbs up for one performance or another. Of course, this is just part of another day at the office for Jent, the director of theatre and performing arts at Fontbonne University and artistic director of Mustard Seed.
