Check Out Fontbonne's Featured Artist for March


Robert Ketchens will be the featured artist at the Fontbonne University gallery March 2 - March 30. His exhibit, The Magnolia Project, focuses on contemporary socio-economic issues that face people of color from the genocide in Rwanda to Hurricane Katrina.  The paintings are his record as witness to what he calls the "dimming of the day."  As an African-American, Ketchens centers his philosophy on artists as communicators of an array of ideas, emotions, opinions, facts and frauds.

Gallery hours are:
Monday- Wednesday - Thursday 9:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Tuesday 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Saturday 12 - 4 p.m.
