Fontbonne University Presents One Act Festival

ST. LOUIS – The advanced directing class at Fontbonne University will present a One Act Festival Thursday, Dec. 3, through Saturday, Dec. 5.

The scenes, directed by both undergraduate and graduate students in the advanced directing class of the Fontbonne theatre program, include “Time Flies” (Emily Immer), a scene from “Wonder of the World” (Deanna Jent), “The Universal Language” (Valleri Dillard), “The Game” (Joe Pini), “Wanda’s Visit” (Calee McCauley), “Sure Thing” (Phil Bettison) and “A Crime for Passion” (Scott L. Bedell). The casts include Valleri Dillard, Joshua Cook, Carolina Tejadaa, Tomomi Seki, Stephen Werkmeister, Katie Donnelly, Joe Pini, Izzy Liu, Erica Garcia, Josh Wolk, Lee Drahl, Zoe Sullivan, Tom Stevenson, Jean Lang, Matt Belt, David Chandler, Chelsea Russell, Phillip Bettison, Libby Brauss, Jessica Haley and Stephanie Licklider.

The Fontbonne University theatre program offers a bachelor’s degree in performing arts, teacher certification in speech and theatre, a Master of Arts in theatre and an MAT in speech and theatre.

All One Act Festival performances begin at 7 p.m. Dec. 3, 4 and 5 in the Fontbonne University Fine Arts Theatre located on the second floor of the University’s Fine Arts Building at 6800 Wydown Blvd. in Clayton.
