Former U.S. Senator Offers New Perspective on Economy at May Fontbonne/KMOX Book Club

 

ST. LOUIS - The Fontbonne University/KMOX Book Club welcomes Bill Bradley, former U.S. Senator and author of “We Can All Do Better,” at its next book club event. The event will take place Friday, May 11, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the 16th floor of the Gateway Tower Building, One South Memorial Drive.

The event is free, but reservations are required. Please register online. You can also call 314-444-1827 or email cwbrennan@cbs.com, leave a name and phone number and reference the "May" book club to reserve a spot today. 

Bradley, an 18-year U.S. Senator, financial and investment advisor – and Olympic and NBA athlete – now adds author of six books to his list of credentials. In “We Can All Do Better,” Bradley explores the cause and effect of the economic downturn. He offers his own review of the state of the nation and suggests steps that everyone from political officials to private citizens can take to move the country forward.

Fontbonne University is a Catholic coeducational institution of higher education offering liberal arts and professional programs, as well as accelerated formats for busy adults. Fontbonne was founded in 1923 and is sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.
