ST. LOUIS - The Fontbonne University/KMOX Book Club welcomes Curtis Sittenfeld, author of “Sisterland,” at the next book club event. The event will take place Monday, May 5, 7 p.m., at Concordia Seminary in Koburg Hall, 801 Seminary Place, 63105.

Sittenfeld is the author of bestselling novels “American Wife,” “Prep” and “The Man of My Dreams.” Her nonfiction has appeared in publications such as “The New York Times,” “Slate,” “Glamour” and many others. “Sisterland,” her most recent novel, peaked at number seven on the New York Times bestseller list during summer 2013. The story, which takes place in St. Louis, tells of two estranged twin sisters with innate psychic abilities.
