New Executive Director of Grad Admission, Professional Studies

Schultz has more than 30 years of experience in the St. Louis business and educational communities. She is an expert in corporate leadership, strategic planning, and building and sustaining leadership programs for women. Schultz held the position of adjunct full professor at Webster University for 30 years and associate professor for international business at Lindenwood University. In addition, she taught for Harris Stowe State University and Maryville University. Before joining Fontbonne, she served as the director for Maryville’s Institute for Continuing Studies, Leadership and Professional Development. Prior to her academic work, Schultz was a leader for such companies as May Department Stores, Saks Fifth Avenue and Mercy Health.
“It is an honor to be a part of the Fontbonne team, where I am partnering with such dynamic and impressive academic and business professionals, to serve the academic and leadership needs of our community,” said Schultz. “It is my goal to encourage all of my colleagues to visit this inspiring campus and see what we offer.”
Schultz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University, and she holds a variety of certifications in business and human resources. She is a passionate advocate for women and has volunteered for Center for Speech and Hearing, the Mercy Center Retreat Board and the National Association of Legal Administrators, Mathew Dickey Boys and Girls Club, St. Louis Diversity Awareness Partnership and the United Way, among other nonprofits.
