Intern, Recuiting and Marketing

We are currently seeking an Intern to assist recruiting and marketing functions in our fast-pace St. Louis-based Information Technology staffing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants to get some real-world business experience. We seek for the intern to work 15-20 hours/week, and the hours will be flexible. The position will pay $8-12/hour, depending upon experience, and our office is based in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Some of the key responsibilities include:

� Screening candidate profiles

� Updating databases and running reports from our applicant tracking system

� Managing job postings on multiple sites

� Assisting with marketing and social media initiatives

� Formatting of resumes and candidate profiles

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

� Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Word and Excel

� Pursuing a degree in the field of Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications

� Desire to learn about the IT industry as well as recruiting

� Strong verbal and written communication skills

� An understanding and accountability for maintaining confidentiality
