Social Media/Marketing Intern

TLC for Kids, St. Louis' premier nanny and childcare service seeks a motivated marketing intern for our fast-paced University City office! TLC is looking for an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites. The intern will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team. TLC offers invaluable experience for those with an entrepreneurial spirit. Internships at larger companies offer very specialized internships, but at TLC we invite you not only to explore your marketing and social media passion, but also to learn about a small business that started from and idea and has flourished for over 27 years.

Responsibilities:
The intern will be directly involved in social media, writing scripts and producing youtube videos, and creating blog content for families and nannies. The marketing intern will also have the opportunity to create an original marketing and college recruiting campaign. Some office and clerical support will be expected.

Ideal hours are 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm, three to five days per week, but can be flexible.

Requirements:
~Experience using multiple social networking sites
~Experience with digital video production
~Excellent written and verbal communication skills
