Account Services Intern

McGowan Crain is a retail-consumer promotions and advertising agency located on "The Hill" in St. Louis. We are currently seeking the help of a self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to assist the account service team. Individual must be a senior or graduate of an accredited program relevant to the industry and available to devote 20+ hours per week to the position.

An account services intern will:

• Work with the account and creative teams to help brainstorm new ideas
• Research relevant information to support client initiatives and programs
• Record and summarize notes from client calls and meetings
• Coordinate and schedule promotional elements for client programs

Other required skills include:

• Knowledge of the internet including social media and conducting secondary research 
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work with a group or independently
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
