With this program, you will…

���������� Join us at our headquarters in Cincinnati, OH (moving expense assistance provided)

���������� Experience our face-paced, “work hard, play hard” culture, learn our business and develop your accounts

���������� After approximately 12-18 months of successful performance, relocate to any other satellite location or become a TQL Founding Team member in a new city (moving expense assistance provided)

As a National Logistics Account Executive Trainee, you will…

���������� Undergo 4 months of hands on logistics training followed by 2 months of sales training to prepare you for building up your book of business.� Training is performed with the direction of hands-on trainers, mentors and successful account executives.

���������� Build a portfolio of customers by researching and seeking out prospects via sales calls

���������� Develop solid relationships with customers by providing them excellent customer service through communication, accessibility and industry knowledge

���������� Train and manage new account executives as your account grows
