About Internship:

TriLeaf Designs Business Management Intern will work directly with TriLeaf’s Owner Rachel Boone while leading designers, marketing personal and web programmers. While working side by side with Ms. Boone the Business Management Intern will be able to see the inner workings of a design firm along with day-to-day business dealings. Assignments can include project, client and workflow management, client communications and appreciation, social networking, marketing, organizing, budgets, research, business plans, legal documents, billings and everyday business dealings. Job will include planning, organizing, supervising, monitoring and motivating of staff, clients and projects for TriLeaf Designs, Liam the Leafman or MyGreenSTL. If intern excels, they will have the opportunity to attend networking events and meetings with Ms. Boone. As growth continues they may have the opportunity to hold meetings of their own and to run the office while Ms. Boone is away.

Requirements:

Student or recent graduate in Business Management program is preferred, but will make an exception for a great resume and work ethic. Business Management Intern must be willing to follow direction, is a great communicator, a leader, upbeat personality, able to complete research and to explain their findings, a self-starter, hard worker, focused, organized, and highly motivated. TriLeaf is a quickly growing company that is consistently working. There will be no down time and the desired intern must be someone who likes to get things done. Being an amazing proofreader and writer is a plus but not necessary. Must present a resume. Will be looking more at potential of applicant and work ethic than their resume. Must have a PC or Mac laptop.
