Coordinator of Volunteer Services Internship

Youth In Need is a non-profit social service agency that serves nearly 20,000 children and families annually in the St. Louis region and surrounding areas. Our boutique, Potentials, supports this mission and we are in search of an individual with a passion for community and non-profit management!

Believing in the power of potential, Youth In Need’s mission is to provide nurturing environments and educational opportunities so children, youth and families will find safety and hope, achieve their goals and build a positive future.

Candidates should be highly motivated, self-starters, able to multi-task, work in a creative environment and be mission driven.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Gain hands-on experience with non-profit management and development
Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and companies
Meet lots of new people and engage the community in the Youth In Need mission
Coordinate schedules for individuals and groups to volunteer their time
Coordinate opportunities for local organizations to contribute through donation drives
Develop new avenues for youth, adults and seniors to volunteer and donate
Be creative!

ï¿½Internships at Youth In Need take you beyond the classroom and invite students to actively participate in the daily operations of the resale boutique and non-profit management.
