Inside Account Manager

Zebra Technologies is recruiting for entry level�sales professionals to join our North American Healthcare team based in St. Louis, MO.� The�Inside Account Manager�will participate in a Fast Track Program. This program will provide�intense training to quickly acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to move up in compensation and level within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound, business to business phone calls�to various types of healthcare facilities and to various people within the facilities such as: Admissions, IT, Risk Management, Nursing, Informatics, and Purchasing
  • Identify�key decision makers within healthcare facilities and determine what is the key trigger to advancing the sales process
  • Work with management to set your own goals and objectives for each call
  • Handle any inbound inquiries from prospects whether from the phone or internet
  • Log information gathered into CRM database for tracking purposes
  • Meet with prospective customers when applicable and attend trade shows when needed

  • Proactive approach to selling over the phone
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and�has excellent communication skills, both oral and written,�and possess a clear speaking voice and professional demeanor
  • Provide a capable personality to leverage sales skills over the phone to secure business from new and existing clients
  • Enjoy selling a value based solution and have experience doing so
  • Be able to navigate a long, complex sales cycle
  • Have ability to work independently
  • Possess ability to prioritize along with excellent follow up and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of business sales experience in an inside sales role preferred but not required
  • An ideal candidate will also be able to successfully bring a prospect through the sales cycle and close them effectively and efficiently over the phone.�
  • Experience with healthcare related hardware/software such as: printers, scanners, and/ or HIS systems would be preferred, but not required.
