Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures as well as all applicable banking laws and regulations, including BSA and AML, provides a variety of customer service functions, including product referrals and meeting Banking Center Associate Standards. Provides exemplary customer service. Processes a variety of financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains security of assigned cash, balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.� Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to effectively perform the essential functions of this position. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate effective referral/sales skills. Should be able to operate a 10-key machine, personal computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to successfully complete a new teller training class passing the final test with a 90% or better score. Prior customer service and cash handling experience is required. A high school equivalency and valid motor vehicle operator’s license and/or the ability to travel to other banking center locations is required.� EOE/AA M/F/D/V
