Mungenast Automotive Family of dealerships seeks a full time Customer Service Representative to do follow up phone calls to our customers.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Completes follow up calls on service, sales and customers visiting the dealerships. (These are not Sales Calls!)

• Handle customer complaints according to dealership's guidelines.

• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Attend all customer relations meetings at another dealership.

• Generate reports and make available for managers to access.

• Be the contact person for managers to call with questions or concerns about follow up calls.

• Data Entry and mailing letters.

• Make Customer satisfaction a department priority.

• Must be able to take detailed notes to write up meeting minutes.

• Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department.

Candidates must have an excellent work ethic, dedication, be customer oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and a passion for customer relations.

 

Professional image and appearance is required.

$10-$12 per hour depending on experience.

 

Schedule is 9:00am- 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
