Family Resource Center, a non-profit social agency, has 2 full-time positions for a Family Coach in our PathBuilders program. The Family Coach carries a caseload of 5-8 families for approximately 18-24 months. The position will provide service and support to high-risk, multiple problem families and parents who are in need of support and resource acquisition services. Candidates must also have strong computer and communication skills.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree required. Experience in areas such as crisis intervention, family therapy, community resource mobilization and treatment/prevention.
