Director of Dining Service and Registered Dietician (2 positions)

Director of Dining Services (Registered Dietitian highly preferred)

The Director of Dining Services coordinates the operations of the Dining Services  Department within long-term care and rehab environments,  by the provision of meal service for patients, employees and guests.  Develops annual budget, continually reviews pricing and cost containment measures while maintaining quality.  Manages and staffs department in compliance with budget.  Participates on internal and external committees and attends meetings. 

Registered Dietitian (RD)

The RD performs nutritional assessments; develops personalized care plans based on nutritional standards of care and departmental policy. Factors in resident preferences and develops goals with resident/family members.  Monitors acceptance of interventions implemented and adjusts accordingly.  Identifies individual discharge plans when appropriate, and works with health care team members to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
