Sales Supervisor

Weekends Only has an immediate opening for a Sales Supervisor at our Bridgeton location. 

This position is responsible for achieving sales goals through the leadership and supervision of team members, including use of the Customer Satisfaction System (CSS).  Create engagement and long-term relationships with Associates and Customers.  Practice daily the values of WEO’s mission statement to “Save our Customers Money.”

Qualified candidates for this position should possess:
 Excellent communication and customer service skills
 Ability to lead teams to achieve results
 Previous experience in commissioned sales environment preferred
 Prior supervisory or team leader experience desired
 Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to analyze sales and performance data
