Chill Frozen Yogurt Seeks a General Manager to Oversee 3 locations!

Chill Frozen Yogurt seeks a qualified candidate to manage a three store retail platform within the St. Louis County submarket. Responsibilities will include staff management, inventory management, basic bookkeeping, marketing support, day-to-day operations and reporting to upper management. The position will report directly to ownership.

 

Chill Frozen Yogurt is a locally owned three store retail chain based in St. Louis County. The three locations – Clayton, Des Peres, Ladue – feature self serve frozen yogurt machines operated by customers. Toppings are applied in self serve manner as well, prior to checkout. Chill employees are tasked with fostering “over the top” cleanliness and friendliness, complementing the superior product we deliver every day.

 

§ Retail operations management experience

§ Ability to self-start/self-motivate: The job requires “ownership” over the stores managed. Candidate must go above and beyond to ensure a clean and friendly atmosphere with little to no direction.

§ Supervisory/management skillset

§ Retail advertising skillset

§ Ability to multitask: The job will span multiple venues; dedication and superior time management skills are absolute necessities.

§ Undergraduate education preferred

 

§ Day-to-day retail operations management

§ Inventory management

§ Bookkeeping

§ Marketing and advertising program support

§ Management of machinery and equipment/maintenance procedures

§ Staffing and personnel management
